The Dashboard Graph provides visual representation of how your PPC account is performing at a high-level.  We recommend reviewing this chart anytime you log into your WordStream profile to quickly assess your paid search progress.

The Dashboard Graph allows you to view impressions, clicks, spend and conversion data over a set period of time. You can choose to graph your data by a variety of pre-set date ranges, or you can set a custom date range. To customize your date range, select the date on the top right of the dashboard graph, and pick from the calendar which dates you would like to view data from.

Once you’ve set your date range, you can select the way you would like to view your data. You can graph by day, week, or month by clicking the buttons on the top left of the graph.

If you have a Bing account integrated into WordStream, you can view individual data for your AdWords or Bing account, or the total for both. If you would like to view them individually, you can deselect two out of the three options on the bottom left of the graph and just view Bing, AdWords, or the total of both.

If you have an individual account selected, you can utilize the drop down menu(s), that will appear in the top right of the graph, underneath the date range, where you can select a campaign and then an individual ad group you would like to view stats for.  This is really great if you are researching a specific campaign or ad group that you recently added or you recently made changes to.

For any given set of data provided in the Dashboard Graph, a data rollup will be listed below, enumerating important data listed in the graph.  In the example below, the client is viewing click metrics.  Their average daily clicks, average click-through rate, total clicks and average cost per click are listed for Bing, AdWords and both platforms combined.

The Dashboard graph is also perfect for taking screenshots of to include in monthly or quarterly report or to send to clients as well to include in PowerPoint presentations or reports you need to send to your boss or Finance Department.
